Florenscia deliver its products nationwide! Shipping charges will depend on the weight of the item and delivery location based on the shipping rate imposed by PosLaju National Courier or Citylink.
We post all orders made before 1 PM, Monday – Friday on the same day. Orders made on Saturday, after 1 PM will only be shipped on Monday. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. If you do not receive your parcel within 7 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.
Once your order has been shipping, we will send you a tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track the transit status of your order by clicking the following link; http://poslaju.com.my/track.aspx (PosLaju) or http://citylink.com.my/track.aspx (Citylink).
How Do I Track My Order?
You can check your tracking number based on invoice:

If your order is not delivered/missing, kindly email us your order detail information to florenscia.com.my. Information required:
Order ID number
Customer’s contact number
We will assist in checking the status of your parcel and claim the refund from our courier service centre. The process of refunding will take about 2 months, so we will try our very best to speed up the process as fast as possible!
1. If in the case where the parcel returned to us due unavailability of customer by the time parcel delivered, we WOULD NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE the items with the new one. The respective customer is responsible for the shipping cost for second time shipping.
