1. Products sold on are not returnable or refundable.

2. Customers can return a damaged/defective item (apart from sale items) within 7 business days from delivery. You may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 7 business days from delivery and obtain a refund of the price paid. Any delay will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.

3. To initiate the return and refund process, you must inform us by email at within 7 business days from delivery with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and include a short description along with your order ID.
We will exchange your item for a new one.

4. You will have to bear the delivery costs incurred during the return process, and we will refund a maximum of RM10.00 for the delivery cost to your bank account, provided the original delivery receipt is emailed to Customer Service. Please allow 14 business days for this process to be completed.

5. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you monetary refund or replace with another code which has same value of total faulty/damage item received.

6. Only products purchased on may be returned for refund. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers, other websites or other unauthorized sources, are not accepted for refund.

7. Florenscia will only accept items in their original condition. We will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.

8. Florenscia reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

We offer exchange on items found to be defective due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer’s fault cannot be exchanged.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
